So, to the muns of the rescue team hanging outside in the disciplinary therapy corridor (namely, Sarah, Irene, and Meg, if you were waiting on that one, it shouldn't be much longer. :3 (And many apologies for the length of said wait on that. ^^;; )

Also, a heads up that Friday, I might not get to post much, if at all. I have a doctor's appointment that morning, and then I have work after that. So, heads-up on a slowatus for me. ^^;;;;

I was just wondering if anyone knew what happened to the St. Francis Aid Society?  I think it was really great what they were doing and I was kind of hoping that if they're still around I could help out somehow.  I'm not so good at most things, but I'd really appreciate it if someone could teach me maybe some basic things about first aid?  I'll take notes and everything, I promise!  I can wrap a sprained ankle and I know that band-aids go with the sticky side on the skin, but that's really it.

...Is that enough to get a nurse to get a nurse to come over? Because if they did, in this hypothetical situation, they might want to come over here.

Today was really trying to rain on her parade, wasn't it?

Well, it wasn't gonna work! Hanna was determined to stay strong and cheerful, in spite of Kenshin throwing a mega bitchfit and that the chick from the library being… Yeah. Her flightiness had been bad enough, but the half glossed-over memories had bordered on terrifying. Had she really been that far gone? It had to have been the meds. Just the meds. Yuffie was a douchey, semi-sociopathic klepto ninja thing, but even in that imagined world of hers, she hadn't gone around slashing people to ribbons for fun. Had she? Ugh, Hanna didn't even know anymore. Crazy people were capable of crazy stuff

Hanna's gut clenched just thinking about it, and she turned determinedly back to her lunch. The food wasn't exactly great, but it was better than some of the stuff she'd eaten. Like Stan's Deep fried Twinkie and mashed banana hot pot. Or, y'know, the normal stuff that teenage semi-runaways ate. Craptastic sandwiches and super economy potato chips, when she could get them, and whatever was in Tiffany's fridge when she couldn't. Dignity was dignity, and dignity was important, but being able to scratch a living from a rock was a handy life skill to have.

Stuffing another few chips in her mouth, Hanna did her best to ignore the door—and, by proxy, anybody who happened to come through it. Nostalgia trip aside, hadn't the Head Nurse said something about a whole new batch of crazycakes? Now she'd feel even more like a sardine than ever. Great.

Finished up my last exam, and got back like, an hour and a bit ago Dx, so everyone's back off the brief not-quite hiatus and up for backthreading and normal posting!

.......possibly tomorrow though. What with the late and the exams and the driving home in the dark and making the mistake of talking about Supernatural episodes involving ghosts killing people and what if there's something in the back seat of the car right now?!aasgflkliy ...also our apartment complex has horror movie hallways.
